Cleaning Like any investment, if you want your rug to last, you have to maintain it properly. Extra care should be taken when vacuuming. Today’s high-powered vacuums will pull out threads and cause tufts to protrude above the pile of your rug if you’re not careful. The best solution for this is to use the handheld attachment for cleaning. Using the beater bar on your vacuum can also pull fibers from the face of the rug or cause it to fuzz. To eliminate this problem, set the bar to the highest possible position. Better yet, if you can, just turn it off.
In addition, running the vacuum over the edges of your rug can cause the serging to deteriorate and fibers to come loose. As such, carefully place your vacuum on the rug and don’t linger on the edges.

Your rug will be repaired or replaced for seven years if a covered stain or damage occurs during normal household use. Coverage begins the day you receive your rug.
